wellplayd is a growing startup in the field of good governance and compliance. We work with sports clubs, associations, and NGOs to implement social standards digitally and practically: certificates of good conduct, reporting channels, case management, submissions, digital signatures, and more. Our vision is to contribute to people experiencing and passing on values such as fairness, tolerance, and cohesion in and through sports by creating secure and ethical sports structures.
Your tasks, *we can set priorities together based on your qualifications
- Preparing content, conducting research, creating presentations, and reporting
- Maintaining and developing the financial and business plan
- Reporting for Advisory Board, investors, and customers
- Supporting product and process development
- Supporting sales, service, and onboarding
- Assisting with events, trade fairs, and webinars
- General startup operations
What you bring to the table
- Enrolled student (e.g., business, social or technical sciences, sports, psychology, or similar)
- Structured approach to work & initiative
- Interest in entrepreneurship, sports, digitalization, and social impact

- Preparing content, conducting research, creating presentations, reporting
- Supporting the maintenance/development of the financial and business plan
- Templates and reporting for Advisory Board, investors, and customers
- Supporting product/process development as well as sales, service, and onboarding
- Assisting with events, trade fairs, and webinars
- General startup operations
What you bring to the table
- You are completing a mandatory internship as part of your studies (e.g., business, social or technical sciences, sports, psychology, or similar)
- Structured approach to work and initiative
